Apparently, some parties take their duty of respecting the people's mandate very seriously. They never let it out of their sight even for a minute for fear that it would walk away. Quoting from the report which is about the journey of the five 'independent' MLAs to Rastrapathi Bhavan:
... the BJP leaders surrounded each MLA to ensure that they would not go missing.The headline of the report appears justified by the rest of the report, but a comparision to football would not have been amiss either. After all, in football defenders constantly shadow or 'mark' attacking players of the other team till the game is done.
