In Bihar. Again a fun episode in our ongoing experiments with democracy. MLAs are flown to safe lands, and charges of democracy being murdered are traded freely. Two of the four newly elected MLAs who are in jail send letters of support. What a state of affairs.
Beyond all that it's an obviously partisan decision by the Centre. The Hindu though thinks there was no alternative to dissolution. Still, the whole thing may it may not fly according to IE.
